R's List

Being Healthy

1. lose 25-30 lbs and keep it off

2. 100 pushup challenge

3. exercise at least 4 times a week and learn to work my life around it

4. drink 8 glasses (64 oz) of water daily for 1 month

5. eat 2 fresh fruits and/or veggies a day for 1 month

6. take a multivitamin and omega supplement daily

7. drink green tea everyday for 1 month

8. no fast food for 3 months

Money Stuff

9. start a retirement fund

10. start (and keep) an emergency fund

11. start a savings account (again)

12. pay off college loans

14. start a house fund

15. create a budget and stick to it for 1 month

Doing Good/Going Green
